The organizers invite everyone who could help us to organize the prestigious EuroSpeleo Forum in Bulgaria with their financial support.
ESF 2019 Partner Package: 1000 Euro
- Providing a free space of up to 5 m2 in the Speleo Expo Hall for exhibition and sale of your products.
- Two free registrations for the EuroSpeleo Forum giving access to all events.
- Outdoor advertising space – up to 10 m2
- Indoor advertising space – up to 1 m2
- A full page of information provided by you in Bulgarian and English accompanied by a photo (or photos) and your logo in our printed materials, related to the forum.
- Time for promotional videos or presentations – up to 5 minutes within the program, between the presentations and films.
- Time and place for demonstrating your products – enabling you to demonstrate the qualities of your products in up to 30 minutes within the program.
- Logo – placing your logo on all printed advertising and information materials (banners, brochures, etc.)

- Half a page of information provided by you in Bulgarian and English accompanied by a photo (or photos) and your logo in circular letters and printed materials related to the forum.
- Time for promotional videos or presentations – up to 5 minutes within the program between the presentations and films.

Speleo Expo Hall
During the EuroSpeleo Forum, there will be a special Speleo Expo Hall, where you will be able to present or sell products. The hall is located in the block where many of the events in the forum program will be organized and held, so the participants in the respective events will have the chance to view the products exhibited at the Speleo Expo Hall at any time.
Outdoor advertising area
There will be a special area for advertising banners in the immediate vicinity and within direct visibility from the restaurant and the planned site for the construction of the tent camp and campers parking.
Indoor advertising area
There will be a special area for placing advertising materials in the largest hall that will be used for the official opening and closing of the event, as well as for many of the presentations and films, included in the program.
Distribution of advertising materials to participants in the event
The organizers will provide an opportunity to distribute advertising brochures and other small advertising materials.
Time for promotional videos
An opportunity will be provided for those who wish to advertise their products by including promotional videos within the program between the presentations and films.
Time and place for promotional demonstrations
An opportunity will be provided those who wish to advertise their products by organizing short demonstrations within the program.
