Oral presentations should last no more than 25 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion. All presentations should be in English.
Abstracts in English should be sent via email to esf@speleo-bg.org and contain the following information:
- Title
- Name, Family Name of the presenter
- Section, symposium or workshop the presentation is part of
- Type (oral presentation, poster presentation)
- Abstract (maximum 500 characters with spaces)
- Short bio of the presenter (maximum 200 characters with spaces)
- Others: caving club (or organization), country
- References (optional)
- Attach at least one 1 and no more than 3 photos to the abstract
Deadline for receiving the abstracts: 1 August 2019.
Additional requirements for poster presentations
Recommended size: A0 (841 mm wide/1189 mm tall) or A1 format (594 mm wide / 841 mm tall):
Orientation: portrait
We suggest that you prepare your poster to be easy to read, use fewer texts, but more graphics.
All poster presenters should be at their posters during the entire poster session. The poster session will be announced in the 3th circular.
